Why I built The LegalVA Hub
The LegalVA Hub grew out of an observation I kept making while working around legal workflows. Many support professionals were taught individual tasks, but very few were taught how those tasks connected to the movement of an entire matter. I wanted to create a place where legal support professionals could learn to think beyond checklists and understand how legal work actually flows through a law firm.

Every framework, exercise, and learning experience is designed around one idea: legal work becomes stronger when people understand how matters move through a firm, not simply how to complete individual tasks. Teaching that way has reinforced the same operational thinking I bring to my own work
