I’m a Legal Operations Specialist. I help law firms keep their matters organized and moving, and I train the next generation of legal support professionals through The LegalVA Hub.
How I came to this work
I didn’t begin with the title “Legal Operations Specialist.” I began by noticing patterns.
Across different matters, firms and workflows, the same problems kept appearing. Files stalled. Follow-ups slipped. Communication broke down between stages, not within them.
That shaped how I work. I focus on the systems behind the legal work: the processes that help a matter move with clarity, consistency and accountability. Then I built The LegalVA Hub to help others learn to do the same.
